Where does the assistant get products and prices from?
From your catalogue, documents, website or connected services such as WooCommerce, Shopify and OneDrive. How the data is updated depends on the source and package you choose.
Which products and prices does the assistant show?
The assistant uses the products and prices from your connected sources. If the requested product isn't available, it lets the shopper know and can suggest another option that is.
How do orders reach me?
You get each order by e-mail, with the product and the details the shopper left: name, phone and address. You handle payment and delivery just as you do now.
Do I need WooCommerce or Shopify?
No. You can start with a catalogue in PDF, Word or CSV. Connecting WooCommerce or Shopify lets the assistant pull data straight from your shop.
Does it reply to comments too?
Yes, on Instagram and Facebook, through the same connection used for messages. You can turn on test mode for the channel first: the assistant prepares its replies but doesn't publish them, either under posts or in messages.
