Service Delivery Policy – One AI Platform

OneConnect.AI sells a digital service, not goods. This policy says exactly what you get when you pay, how quickly it is activated and what to do if it is not.

1. What we deliver

OneConnect.AI is a digital service. There is nothing to ship: what you buy is access to the platform — the AI agents, the connected channels, the booking calendar and the rest of the package you chose. No physical goods are sent, and no delivery or postage is charged.

2. When the service is delivered

  • Immediately after the payment is confirmed. When you pay by card, the payment processor confirms the transaction and the package is activated on your account automatically — normally within a few minutes.
  • At the latest within 24 hours of a confirmed payment. If anything has to be done by hand, it is done inside one working day.
  • When you pay by bank transfer against an invoice, the package is activated once the payment reaches our account, usually the next working day.

3. How you receive it

  • An email confirming the payment, with the invoice attached.
  • The package, the period it covers and everything included in it are visible in your portal under Subscription.
  • Access is through your own account on the portal, from any browser — there is nothing to install.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

  • Prices are shown on the Subscription page before you confirm, and the amount you are about to be charged is shown again on the payment page.
  • Card payments on this website are charged in Macedonian denars (MKD). Denar invoices are rounded to a whole denar, and the rounding is printed on the invoice as its own line.
  • VAT is applied at the rate in force and is stated separately on every invoice.
  • A subscription renews for the same period unless you cancel it. The renewal is invoiced and charged in the same way as the first payment.

5. If the service is not activated

If 24 hours pass after a confirmed payment and your package is still not active, write to info@one-connect.ai with the invoice number. We either activate it at once or, if we cannot, return the money in full under our Refund Policy.

6. Where the service is available

The platform is delivered over the internet and can be used from anywhere. Some channels (a messaging provider, for example) depend on that provider being available in your country; where that is the case we say so before you buy.
